Can't recommend Steve enough. Honest and reliable which seems to be hard to come by these days. We will definitely be using SMS for all our future plumbing needs!

We had a full bathroom refit by SMS before Christmas and couldn't be happier with the results. Communication before the fit was great which means we have had exactly what we wanted. The advice before hand was really helpful and the attention to detail on the job is perfect. One of the big selling points for us was that SMS covered all aspects of the job - from ripping out, plumbing, plastering, tiling, electrics and skips.

Omg I think I'm going to get a sleeping bag and live in my ensuite, I love it so much! Steve has done an amazing job on our main bathroom and ensuite. Very reliable and trustworthy, left him with our key most days while we were at work. All work carried out in expected time frame and just an all round lovely professional bloke. Would highly recommend Steve to anyone. Struggled to find anyone who would reply to me and we only needed a repair to shower unit and new rad fitting. Steve responded (even when on holiday) promptly and kept me up to date with a time he could carry out repairs. Great work and thanks again.

What can I say about Steve! Reliable and his finishing work is exceptional! We called on Steve to replace a cracked shower tray that had been installed incorrectly by someone else. Straight away Steve did his best to fit us in so as to not leave us without a shower too long. Steve is very pleasant and works very efficient with minimal disruption! Steve and Mitch did an amazing job with our bathroom. In the weeks leading up to the job, his response time to questions we had was instant. They were always here on time and worked extremely hard throughout. The bathroom is just amazing now and we love the job they did. They always left the house nice and tidy afterwards too (to the extent of hoovering after the dust sheets were removed). Really can't fault them.

Steve and team did an amazing job refitting our bathroom. They completely ripped it out and fitted a new bath, sink and toilet. Tiled and all new lighting too. The end job is outstanding and we're so pleased. They did it all whilst we were on holiday too! Thank you.
